Using the 8x8 app on your mobile device

First, you'll need to go to the Play Store/App Store and download the 8x8 work app.

On the App Store, search for 8x8 Work. Click on the top result and click download.

Once downloaded, open and select Login.

Enter your JLC email address into the Username/Email box and press continue.

DO NOT try to enter your JLC password, this will not work.

Press Login with Organisation and follow the prompts to log in through the Microsoft login windows.
