Logging in to the 8x8 app on desktop
Open the 8x8 application from your desktop.
Enter your JLC email address into the Username / Email field.
Click Continue
DO NOT try to enter your JLC password, this will not work.
Click Login with Organization and follow the Microsoft login prompts to complete the process.
